the hair was soft, the ends was a lil rough but i sprayed water and added coconut oil and it bounced back. the customer service was flawless, they were keeping in touch to check on how i was loving the hair. i’d order from them again i’ve had it for some weeks now and it’s still holding up.
This hair is beautiful. I washed it and it still remained soft. I haven't installed it yet, but I'm sure it will be fine just like other hair that I've ordered. This was the fastest shipping ever.
The hair came in 3 days it didn’t have a smell it wasn’t shedding or anything
Just washed the bundles and they were very soft. The length seems to be accurate. The ends could be a little less dry but I can work with it. I will hopefully update once I install and have it in for a little. I got 16-18-20-22. Shipment came pretty fast too. Ordered it Monday and got it Thursday. Only because the seller messages you to confirm your address and won’t send it until you message back (I don’t like this because I don’t check messages on here but now I know).
